Avoid these guys at all costs. Its one error after another! After paying a deposit the first week of May we are now the end of July and are still awaiting a full set of working blinds. Initially they turned up to a home visit without the set of samples we asked them to bring. We were told lead times were 3-4 weeks... if only! When fitting finally did happen one blind was damaged and two others were miss measured and did not fit correctly, we were told, we will prioritise getting this sorted. It will be 3 weeks. 3 weeks have come and gone and we are still waiting. On top of this the customer service is appalling. We sent in a complain email and the response frankly couldn't have cared less and may as well have said "tough luck deal with it". As I said, avoid these guys and look elsewhere!
